Just steps from the beach and surrounded by miles of Kent's stunning countryside, our location boasts breathtaking views and the serenity of a 1/2-mile private farm track. Here, you’re far removed from traffic and the bustle of city life.
Despite our secluded setting, we’re conveniently close to Minnis Bay Village and Birchington Town, with their charming shops, delightful restaurants, and welcoming pubs. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing family holiday or a peaceful escape, Beachcomber Glamping is your perfect destination.
Beach
Minnis Bay beach is just a few minutes walk from our property. From here you can relax on the sand and enjoy the seaside views, or head along the sea wall / cycle path. Approx 15 minutes walk along the coast will bring you to Minnis Bay, or you can take a longer walk in the opposite direction towards Herne Bay and Reculver Towers.
Nature
Here at Beachcomber Glamping we have endless countryside trails and footpaths on our doorstep. You can head towards Reculver Towers or St Nicholas-At-Wade all along countryside footpaths. Approximately 30 mins countryside or sea wall walk will bring you to the River Wantsum, which you can follow towards St Nic.
Cycle
If you're in search of a cycling or walking holiday we are the perfect option. Thanet's Viking Coastal Trail runs directly next to the beach and can be accessed just by heading down a short farm track next to our property, which is great for families as you don't need to access any public roads. There's plenty of places to cycle, you can either head towards Reculver Towers, Margate or St Nic-At-Wade.
